Driving

  • Exit from OH-315 at the Lane Avenue exit
  • Head west on Lane Avenue
  • Turn left on Kenny Road to head south
  • Turn right on Kinnear Road to head west

The picture below shows where the lab is located with respect to Kinnear Road. Turn right at the sign that says, "Reactor Building". Drive until you reach a stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign, and then turn right where the road dead-ends. NOTE - the map shows the only entrance to the facility. There is no access from the service road or walking path.

Parking for experimenters is available adjacent to the Reactor Building and in the lots behind 1314 Kinnear Rd. Please coordinate with NRL staff to arrange parking.

By CABS bus (West Campus)

Get off at the Research Center bus stop. Follow the map below to walk to the Reactor Building.

By CABS bus (North Express or Med Center Express bus loop)

Get off at the Bevis Hall bus stop (North Express bus loops) or at the Carmack 3 bus stop (Med Center Express bus loop). Follow the map below to walk to the Reactor Building.
