American Nuclear Society Student Chapter to host Dr. Richard Denning for Speaker Series

Posted:

Ohio State University Professor of Nuclear Engineering (retired) Richard Denning, PhD has had a wide-reaching career including decades at Battelle, consulting for the NRC, teaching at OSU, and, most recently, acting as a private consultant. He offers great advice and is very passionate about setting students up for success in the future.

From the ANS Facebook page:

This is our first speaker in our NEW Speaker Series! This is an informal conversation where students should feel free to ask questions that may be considered inappropriate at traditional seminars. For instance: "If industry doesn't get a government subsidy, won't they lay off all recently hired workers? Isn't that going to be me since I'll be just starting after graduation?"

Join us for a practical conversation about all of our futures!
