Joel Hatch has been involved with the Nuclear Reactor either working or testing electronics since 1981. Joel has performed experiments at national labs and his current consulting/testing mostly involves protons, and heavy ions. Earlier topics for his consulting focused on testing with gammas for Total Ionizing Dose damage, when low dose rate effects were first observed in space. Joel’s career also included time in the US Navy and US Air Force / Ohio Air National Guard. Joel attended The Ohio State University and Madison University, and he has multiple publications and a wide range of research experience which he uses to help reactor users design effective experiments.
